Hey heads up to all the adults who had their kids say they want to do tech. Don't all she does is tell the kids to do typing.com and then leaves. I also was being treated like a dog from her she was CONSTANTLY giving me dirty looks and purposely trying to make me feel bad about myself. But on the other hand the school isn't that bad. I highly recommend Mrs.littig she is the best teacher I have ever had she is always super positive and she loves to have fun with her theater and she knows when to mess around and when to be serious. I do like the school but I feel like they assign toooo much work,

This school is hypocritical. They do not take the time to listen to students when they are in a predicament. This school preaches positivity and being equal but fails to do so.. The teachers aren't fair with their students and do not allow certain kids to have an opportunity because they have \favorites\. Lastly, their dress code policy is very unfair and is determined by body shape and size, not by revealing, inappropriate, or length in clothing items.

Children are taught responsibility as well as given a chance to focus on their passions. I noticed no frustration, boredom, or apathy among my child or her peers. They are excited to get to school !

My two children have gone here- youngest currently attends and is transitioning to the Jr High program. She loved the 4-6 program. The oldest loved her middle school experience- how many can say that?! My only critical point is that they choose electives classes OVER academics and I find that worrisome. If your child gets into an audition elective, they are at the same time as the honors classes and your child will be put in regular level class. They say it doesn’t matter and that the child will be able to take the honors class the following year, but with a class like math, I don’t understand how. I assume they cover more content, which my child would then have missed. We’ll see how that pans out this school year. Overall, the school is great at creating a great environment for kids to succeed at a very difficult schooling age (middle school), and that’s the most important thing.
