I dropped off wife and kid at entrance and went to park. Unsurprisingly I ended up in the correct office before wife. But then I went to the front desk to confirm I was in the right place. Receptionist told me I wasn't in the right office. I told her my wife's name and appointment time. She basically blows me off. So then I have to find wife and figure out where she is suppose to be. We eventually get back to the same lobby with the same inconsiderate receptionist. I ask her what happened earlier and she doesn't apologize or anything. Unreal.

I have had the worst help from the front desk as well as the Dr Davis. I've called many times with no help or calls back. I have gestational diabetes and am a high risk pregnancy on top of being in an car accident this pregnancy. Everytime I ask questions I get I will , but we prob wont . Or i can but mayve we cant .. Never a straight answer. Only one front desk person and a couple nurses have been nice ..

I have had the worse experience, went in for a lump in my breast, they had me meet with a Physician Assistant who told me I had breast cancer and I did not!

The staff can be rude. The wait can be long. In an emergency for prescription don't expect them to know what they're talking about..I did like the nurse practitioner.
