This is the place to see the whole range about what is available in lighting. It always seems to be a busy place so be prepared to wait. Maybe a number system would allow the consultant to finish with one customer before she has to run off to the next one. I was happy with advice I received so it was worth the rush.

The customer service, by Alicia, at this store is one of the best experiences I've had in trying to get a replacement part for a ceiling fan. Alicia went above and beyond in her communication and willingness to find the part needed. Amazing! I would recommend this store to ALL. And... surprising to me... they don't just carry light bulbs and lighting fixtures... They have decorator items and some furniture...like bar stools, water feature fountains, mirrors.....
Very good customer service. My lamp bulb couldn't be replaced (a built in LED light) but I was given almost 45 as a credit toward a new purchase. While there I browsed their unique decor and found a gorgeous conch shell on a stand on sale. A good experience.
