Horrible customer service! My family and I were told that are food was in preparation, and watched other customers receiving their orders; then when I asked the cashier that rung in our order she said she would check with the cooks but never flowed up with me. Shortly after, I went to ask the cook about my order and he said he never received the ticket. Afterwards, I immediately asked for my money back. Then, asked what happen with the order. Staff/cook told us to leave and not come back and didn't want our business. Do not eat here! Service and communication is very disorganized.

Great place to eat! I ordered the pineapple orange chicken bowl, and oh was I more than happy with what I got. The food is superb, and so are their hand-made boba tea drinks. If you're looking for a Panda Express, look no further.

Good local style food. The older Asian couple who run it are really nice and are always there. Feels like being home in Hawaii.
