Dr Naponic is wonderful, his staff is friendly and caring, and the appointment times are flexible and convenient. The Office manager is super nice and helpful with everything you need to have a stress -free pregnancy experience. Thanks to everyone there, too many to name, for being great. The best decision of nny pregnancy was to switch to Dr. Naponic.

I'm glad I will not have the displeasure of being seen by this office. The staff is the rudest bunch of individuals I have spoken to. They could really care about anything going on with you or your pregnancy. Makes me wonder if the doctors of the office share the same view since they allow patients to be treated this way by staff hey employ.

I like Dr. Naponic, however, the ladies at the front desk are super rude on the phone. They're usually nice in person but when I have to call-usually for lack of information provided by them-they are condescending and eagar to hang up on me. What's worse is I know they badmouth clients because they are not shy about it everytime I come in for appointments. It's unpleasant and just not professional.

Warning: This office does not have an electronic records-keeping system in place. I learned this the hard way when they claimed to have checked on my insurance (twice) and then I was then billed for the services anyway. The staff, while friendly, was clearly overwhelmed by their volume of patients. They would say they'd call me back about a matter and then I'd never hear from them. It took 7 months for them to even order the service I needed. The medical staff seems competent, but I won't be going back. The customer service was so poor.

Best OB/GYN. I worked for several other San Diego OB/GYN’s. Until meeting Dr Naponic 20 years ago, I assumed the drs I worked with were the best... WRONG! Dr Naponic is the bomb! His staff is caring & friendly. I’ve never experienced anything but professionalism. Idk where I will go when he retires.
