THEY ARE ALL UNDERPAID AND FROM THE COOKS TO THE STAFF TO THE NURSES THEY ALL HAVE A PIECE OF MY HEART, I TRULY MISS EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM...

Paradise detox was an absolutely outstanding experience. I have never felt more at home, every staff member is welcoming and understanding. The supervisor Jose Newton, an extremely intellectual and caring individual takes care of any and all needs while supervising each and every one of the three locations. It is clear to me that I will always have a friend in recovery as I still continue to see him at meetings here in California. He is professional and epitome of what a supervisor should be. Each sober coach is always checking in and making sure all your needs are taken care of and that you are satisfied. Would definitely recommend anyone get in contact with Niznik Behavioral Health and ask to be placed in Paradise Detox. 10/10 -Chris Daly.
My stay at Paradise Detox was short and sweet. When I got there, I had no clothes except for the ones on my back. They provided me with several changes of clothes, socks, underwear (all new), and even bought me a new pair of shoes. The nurse practitioner helped me by straightening out my medications and worked with the doctor and me to see if I could still stay on the meds I was used to. Coming in was my favorite part, I got to do nothing for three days because I was still in a hard detox. They are very accommodating. When my mental health got a little out of control they did not hesitate to take further action to keep me safe. It was overall a great stay!
I loved this facility the staff was amazing and I fell in love with all of them especially the coaches and nurses. The councerls whwre awesome as well!! I loved the house in San Diego it was so clean everyone was very attentive to your every needs and that was very ideal for a great recover. 5 months sober thanks to this rehabilitation center thanks guys
Great food, great rooms, and the outings around San Diego are amazing. The staff is supportive and professional.Thank you for everything you did paradise detox.
