Rose has been everything she promised she would be in a real estate agent and much more! From the very beginning, she has been dedicated to my home buying process. From a presentation on what to expect as a first time home buyers to as many showings as my heart desired, and being extremely communicative during the entire escrow process. There were times when the process seemed challenging, but she pushed me through and kept me motivated. Rose is always available; she will find the answers to all your questions; she is an agent that is truly part of the process. When I first talked to her, I told her, \I want an agent who can relate to my life as a mother.\ And she has TRULY been that.

Rose is so awesome! She helped me through the whole process of buying my first home. She was always available to answer my questions and made sure I stayed on track to close on time (we closed early!). She also advocated for me with the seller and it was wonderful to have someone on my side. I’d highly recommend Rose to anyone. Rose is very hands-on and responsive, and is the partner you need for your real estate transaction. I love that Rose was ready to jump in and help us get our home sold at maximum value. Our house was very lived in, and my husband and I already knew we wanted to get new carpet, paint, etc. but with full time jobs and full time kids, we were a bit overwhelmed with where to start. We had a consult with Rose and were happy that she knew exactly where we could our money to work for us, and put together the timeline for us. She was more than a realtor for us - she became our project manager and was right there with us calling companies to get the best quotes, and we were able to get our house ready to hit the market in 2 weeks! Rose would always tell me o stress\ and I quickly came to trust and rely on her - if I wasn't sure of something I confidently deferred to Rose!

When we met Rose we had already spoken and tried out 3 other realtors who had made us lose faith in Realtors and what a Realtor is supposed to do, which is help me and my family find our home. We were very skeptical when we first started working with Rose. She made us regain faith that there are still good people out there. Our buying experience was really difficult given the pandemic. We started our process in January and ended in November. The first lender we were using kept stringing us along with waiting periods and a ridiculous amount of demands. Rose was our support when it became too much and I was ready to just give up. When we finally had it with the first lender and their broken promises, Rose came to our rescue and refused to let us give up on our dream. She referred us to someone and like magic everything worked out. She found me and my family a home within days of getting approved. Rose was our advocate and made sure everything that needed to be taken care of was taken care of. She is fast and proactive with her clients. Her open communication with us was great. Rose turned our horrible experience into a great one. We will be forever thankful for her. We will be referring her to anyone who needs a realtor.
