Vary Anomaly

I’ve been here twice and both times had an issue with transactions that I never have at any other location. It’s as if this place adds extra steps and rules for no reason. I would recommend avoiding this SDCCU location. The bank itself is great though!

Branch Manager or supervisor told me I had to open an e-statement account but did not tell me I would be charged for every transaction because he didn't finish the job of closing my other account. Over 30 dollars in fees because this person did a rush job. I have had SDCCU since I was 16 year old and never had a problem until now. Disappointed in the service I was provided.
