It looked as if all they did was pour tons of water over my car. All the bird droppings were still there. The vacuums did not work. The only reason I'm not giving it one star was because the air freshener smells good and strong. (At least something worked). For reference, I paid 20.

There's 2 lines when getting a car wash at the this location, unfortunately today waited in line almost 15 minutes for a 3 minute carwash. This happened around 5pm because of another customer not being helped with paying the carwash on the machine. There was nobody around. Finally the customer finally go someone after pressing the red button on the machine like 5 times. The manager \ Javier\ did apologize but what is the apology when there's no one around to help. By the way the other line must have gotten 10 cars going in quick. Hopefully next time they will have someone helping at the pay machine if needed.
I love being able to wash my car whenever I want with my monthly pass. The only bad thing is the wait ir lack of drying and vacuuming stations sometimes. But the staff is always friendly even when they pull off your fender.
Really tight areas to get to the car wash & afterwards to find a vacant vacuum/wipe down station. Bird poop doesn’t get washed off. It should’ve been easy to wash off since it rained yesterday. No clean towels today (had to use a used one :( -Covid-19 era.) Please keep up with clean towels! and vacuum had okay suction. My first time at this location. I have a membership. Disappointing. One good thing was the attendee was helpful and friendly since I didn’t know where the vacuums were located.
This place is quick but only has three slots to vacuum and dry ur car.
