Krystle and Paul were the calm in a crazy market! We knew going into the home buying process that we would be in a very competitive situation, but it wasn’t until we started making offers that we realized this was going to be a little more intense than we originally thought! We would not have been able to make a winning offer without Team Padilla. On top of coming up with creative ways to sweeten offers, Krystle and Paul were always available to answer questions or run out to showings as soon as new properties popped up. The beauty of working with a team is that if one person isn’t available, the other usually is! These guys are so awesome and down to earth ! They educated me on my veteran home loan benefits and the new updates for the home loan that the VA hasn’t informed a lot of us about ! They also educated me on some aspects of owning a home that I didn’t know about— and let me know that just because you purchase a house doesn’t mean that u even have to live there forever. That should already tell you something so I called and they came quick with a meeting to make sure they understood what I was looking for exactly and that they would be a good fit. They personalized their Compass site to filter down to what I was looking for and had 21 suggestions in the first day! We were able to schedule 3-5 showings a day until my decision was made. When I think of our first-time home buying experience, the word that comes to mind is "marathon" - and it turns out Krystle and Paul are the teammates you definitely want if you're going to do this. The search took FOREVER and they happily waded through dozens of properties with us up and down southern CA, patiently answered all our dumb newbie questions, encouraged us when an offer didn't go our way, walked us through the escrow process when one finally did, and smoothed out things behind the scenes to make sure we closed.
