I love love love this store! Excellent customer service, smiles all around and a really pleasant atmosphere. I was so pleased with my experience, I brought my dad in and it pretty much gave him back his life. His hearing aids were 'old school' and were not helping at all. The new technology NuEar gave him along with the excellent service has made him a new person! Thank you so much everyone at the La Mesa Hearing Aid Store!

I absolutely love the staff at this facility. Sandra and Jason are very courteous, friendly and professional:) They are always very attentive to the needs of the clients and are very down to earth people. SO blessed to have such wonderful and caring staff at our appts. I am truly grateful for them!
My husband and I have been very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness from a number of people in this office. We have gradually learned a lot about our hearing aids and Jason has been patient in explaining or making suggestions. We have been going to our free checkups for a couple of years and always seem to find just one more idea to help our hearing. Sandra always reminds us of our appointments and we never have to wait for be seen. The office is quiet and pleasant. For 80 year olds we feel very satisfied with hearing improvement.
We found the waiting room to be very inviting. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We found the specialist, Jason Carpadakis to be very knowledgable and kind. He was very relaxed and patient. He did thorough tests and explained and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Nice experience!
My mom, Darlene Howard, 91 yrs, has received excellent care and assistance with her severe hearing loss for the past several years at the Hearing Aid store in La Mesa, CA. Sandra, the office manager, is always so kind and helpful, and Jason is the BEST! My mom is moving to Provo, Utah and will greatly miss their service. They have provided vendor information in Orem, Utah, nearby. It's always sad to leave a business that we have had several years of positive interaction with. Thank You, Leslie Harker
They were very helpful at first, but because my case was a Labor and Industries related case , they wouldn't accept the lower price offered by the state. Postponing my hearing aids for two months! They said they were authorized dealers, which they were not ! NONSENSE1 I shall never recommend them!
