I was referred to The Law Offices Of Carolyn R. Brock by my CPA due to questions about establishing a living trust. Carolyn immediately booked an appointment with me to discuss what I was interested in and my legal needs. I returned in 2 weeks to review the document, it was perfect and at that point was processed into the final edition. We met again and I picked up the final edition in legal form plus a copy of the trust in binder form to use as a working copy. The trust covered all aspects of my estate to include the designated trustees, trust deed, bank accounts and my final medical resolution. Probate will be avoided, all my legal affairs are in place. The trust can be modified as needed over the years. Carolyn is extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and will listen to and advise on your exact needs. The entire legal process was painless and very efficient. I could not have made a better decision to retain Carolyn for what may be the most important decision of my life. She did an excellent job explaining the options available to us in terms which were easy to understand, and was very patient with respect to answering our many questions. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and she sent out an advance questionnaire which was helpful in making sure that the time spent in our first appointment was productive. All of the work was completed by the promised date, and once done the document review was very thorough. We also appreciated that our services were charged on a flat rate basis rather than hourly. We felt the charge was reasonable and very well worth it. We definitely recommend Carolyn for estate planning or creation of a trust.
