Horrible HORRIBLE experience! It is a Scam! I have never experienced this before. I trusted Jose Luis (La Molina) who lied to me about the time frame, the testing, and the repair of my new HP laptop that I use for work. I was very polite the first two times that I had to go back for another repair (they did not fix it) and by the third time I asked for a refund. Jose Luis from la Molina said he wouldn’t give me a refund and to bring it back to the Miraflores shop for a third time and that I should be lucky bc most repair shops take longer. I only went in when they told me to. I only listened and trusted to what they said. He then blocked my number and I’ve lost 350 soles and I don’t have my PC repaired. This problem all started a week ago. I’ve never left a bad review in my life, but people need to be warned about Laptronic. They will blame the customer when they have not repaired their laptop and not issue a refund even after you have given them multiple chances to fix your laptop before.

Mi laptop que la utilizo para el trabajo en casa se colgaba muchas veces. Necesitaba que la reparen rápido por esta situación. Un familiar me recomendó Laptronic no fui con muchas expectativas pero resultó una gran decisión. Lo solucionaron de inmediato e incluso me dieron tips para evitar futuros problemas. Muchas gracias a Laptronic y sus técnicos.
Buen servicio, llevamos el iphone de mi hija a laptronic por recomendación para un cambio de carcasa e hicieron la reparación bastante rápido. Lo recomiendo, el técnico supo explicar todo lo que iba a hacer y fue amable en todo momento.
Tengo una laptop lenovo que la utilizo para el trabajo y estudio pero la semana pasada sufrió una caída y dejó de funcionar como antes. Lo llevé a laptronic muy preocupada y pensando que tendría que comprar otra laptop pero el técnico que la vio me dijo que sí tenía solución. Dejé el equipo en sus manos hasta que me llamaron para decir que podía ir y recogerla. Me sacaron de tremendo apuro. Estoy muy agradecida con él y con la empresa
Muy buen servicio, llevé mi laptop que hace días no encendía. Hicieron el diagnóstico e inmediatamente me supieron resolver el problema, no como en wilson donde fui primero y todo decían placa. Gracias Laptronic, técnicos amables, buen precio y rápida reparación.
Tenia un problema con el botón de encender de mi iPhone. Por la pandemia temía salir de casa pero me ofrecieron recogerlo para evitar eso. Al día siguiente ya lo habían reparado y me lo enviaron a casa muchas gracias.
Tuve problemas con 2 iPad y los repararon muy bien. El servicio es rápido y confiable. Los precios son correctos.
