While we like being able to get products are a reasonable price, we have had a problem with our login account for two weeks and we can't get them to resolve the issue for us and their only answer is to create a new account. The problem with that is that we loose all our purchase history and all the point credits we have with them. Their customer service is the WORST!

Just had 60min pedicure with business using this product. I tried out of curiosity. It was not as good as... real oranges, or real lemons, or real hot stones. This is good for the low end spas to offer something for their clients. Why would they advertise with word Volcano and not use real hot stones. Disappointing.

I bought a LED lamp light ( model gel 2 DIAMOND edition 7D) , I’ve always use the charger that comes with it , never dropped it or anything, after 2 about 2 months it stopped working. So I contacted La Palm and told them about the situation and that I didn’t send in the warranty card in the 30 days after my purchase, she told me to send in the light anyway for them to look at it. A week later I called back to check on the status of that they told me because I didn’t send in the warranty card in the first 30 days, they’re now not gonna do anything and sent me back the same non-working light. REALLY, LA PALM! You know what? The point is i paid overtime 200 and i have the RECEIPT to show you that I bought your product officially, not like a “ back door” transaction! And you use the excuse that i didn’t send in the warranty card to get away with the fact that your expensive product being defected and stop working all the sudden after 2 months? Is that how you take care of customer that support yr product? That’s a shame ! I would love to hear a response from the owner!
