Went in today because my son wasn’t feeling good and couldn’t get ahold of pediatricians office to make appointment because no one would answer and mailbox was full , everyone was so kind and polite! I normally feel like we are rushed at urgent cares and that they try to get us in and out so quick but they were so thorough and made us feel so comfortable, the doctor was absolutely amazing and so patient my son is six and asked tons of questions which she took the extra time to answer them all instead of just brushing him off like most do and even let him listen to his own heart beat and really just made him comfortable which was a plus for me because usually he hates doctors but he kept saying mom she’s so nice , they also did chest X-rays and the X-ray tech they had working today was so patient as well and of course my son was curious and wanted to see the pictures she took a couple extra minutes to show him and explain why they took the pics and what they were of , truly genuinely kind people I highly recommend going here would rather go here than our reg pediatrician!

AMAZING service! Felt welcomed by the staff and appreciated how clean the waiting rooms and bathrooms were. Unlike other urgent cares I was in and out in no time without feeling rushed or uncared for. All around appreciated AFC urgent care here in La Porte.
5 stars! First off the lobby and rooms were very clean and organized. The staff were very sweet and answered all my questions. The practitioner was very thorough. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this visit. Will be coming back if needed.
First time customer here! I give all 5 stars. They let my husband and I go back into the same room to be tested for covid. Turns out we had strep instead. Now I’ve had strep multiple times in my life but this was the first time the doctor took the time to explain to me why I need to change my toothbrushes and the appropriate cleaning to do to ensure we didn’t keep getting sick after we get better. Also, our nurse was fun and put up with my husbands silly shenanigans and dad jokes :)
Let’s say this is really my first review about anyplace or anyone. I love the idea of the staff being so hospitable. There was not a long wait. I felt safe when I was in the office despite the Covid-19 pandemic. I was seen in a timely manner. The issue I came in for was handled with care and I gained more knowledge for preventative care. The doctor was awesome.
