Do not live load or unload here. Arrived 1715 for a load to be offloaded by 2000. Finally unloaded empty and out at 0540 the next morning. This facility works on their own terms and not what is communicated to brokers by their own company.

Thank goodness they finally got the entrance done. Maybe it's just today, but I have never been here before and had to wait 3 hrs past appt time to get unloaded. Only thing I don't care for is... they'll stage inbound trucks directly across from the docks you will be bumping. That's a pic from my truck while getting unloaded. Tight but do-able. PEACE...
You break your own seal. Hopefully you have bolt cutters. The space in this lot is limited. Better not come up in here with a long nose hahaha. Also don't follow your truck GPS the last 2 miles to get here.
DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GO HERE! ITS SAD HOW THEY DO TRUCKERS MAKING THEM WAIT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME! APPOINTMENT OR NOT WHAT TAKES YOU OVER 6 HOURS TO UNLOAD WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE 3 TRUCKS THERE AND YOU HAVE 45 DOORS OR MORE TO UNLOAD FROM! EVERY PERSON I TALK TO STATES THIS PLACE I WILL MAKE YOU TAKE A BIGGER LOSS THAN WHAT THE LOAD IS WORTH IN THE FIRST PLACE! THEY HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN WHAT THEY ARE DOING
My driver got to this facility at 5:15pm and they did not unload him until 5:00 am the next morning. The staff was very rude and took other trucks ahead of him. Absolutely no respect for drivers or their time!
