I LOVE the service here! Deanna is an amazing woman & helps every1 so much! Better than any other Boost Mobile store. They usually act like know it all's & don't like Goin. She's the master of tech & helped me & didn't even hardly have to do anything, she's so good.

Paid for new service only to find have no coverage at my house. Staff assured me there would be no problem, would not help with the no coverage problem except to say call Customer Service which I did and they just said they would check into it and call me back on another phone which they never did. So out my money for the service and had to go to a different provider. So if you live in the country go somewhere else for cell service.
