I visited the office yesterday with my 3 month old son and forgot to ask about his spitting up. I call the office today and ask to speak with a nurse or doctor.... they put me on hold for 10 minutes (which is RIDICULOUS) and i hung up. I call back only five minutes later and the office was CLOSED!! Instead of letting me know that the office is about to close and ask me to call back when they are open... I can not stand this office. I will be taking my children to another pediatrician.. Do not bring your children here!

My daughter has been coming to this clinic since she was a baby. I can call and make an appointment typically same day and that's great when I need urgent care. Doctors are knowledgeable and treat the kiddos great!

I give them a 2 because they only have Nurse Practicioners and not all the times you get to see the actual doctor which is only one. Not saying that Nurse practitioners are not good. In my experience I feel more comfortable if an actual doctor gives me a diagnosis of why my kid is sick. Also the office isn't that clean. Waiting area chairs and carpet are old and dirty. Looks like they haven't change them in years. Nurses say they have had complains about the chairs and attitude of one nurse practitioner in particular, but after attending the office for a year. There hasn't been any changes.

That is the only doctor i have ever been to and he is always super nice and makes me feel better within a couple of days

Dr. Uddin has been my child pediatrician since she was born. My child is a special aid child and needs extra attention. Everytime I have to visit Dr. Uddin office his staff are very accommodating to my child's needs. Their attentiveness and kindness has very much alleviate the struggles that my child has to endure in her special world. It helps to know that you don't have to go to the ER when your child is sick, just called the office and they will see your child the same day! If you are looking for a new pediatrician or looking to switch, please do consider Dr. Udding and his NP; they ate both very noligable and very kind.
