The good people at Kaiser are just that, really good people. Katie, Kevin and Michael treat their customers with kindness, thought-fulness, generosity, honesty and respect regardless of social economic status or vehicle repair needs and cost of said services. Whether your new vehicle simply requires regularly scheduled maintenance or your old vehicle needs all the help they can offer to keep you and your automobile safe and road ready the Kaiser Auto is the place to go. What is more, if your car, truck or SUV is in need of a repair which may be completed somewhere else for a better price they will tell you. And in the event your vehicle requires more work than it is worth they will tell you the hard truth instead of squeezing you of your every last nickel and dime the way other service stations are apt to do. I believe Kaiser does these things because they do not want your business for the lifetime of your car but are instead in the business of servicing every car you may own throughout your lifetime. The Kaiser Family Auto is the place to go with confidence that you will be treated not just fairly but like family.
