Only general store around the reservoir. Very nice people, however prices are not legit -- they buy packs of batteries and take them apart to sell 2x AAs for 3 bucks; it's not even retail markup. Also, not open at all Monday or Tuesday. Shady pricing, but you kind of expect that from a convenience store that close to the campgrounds.

Great store, great food. Excellent service - a must stop. Prices are reasonable for being so far from any where. It has got to cost more to get all the supply / food etc. to this little friendly mountain town. I go back every time i go to this town.

I love this little store! The owners are super sweet. My boyfriend and his family have gone up to Little Beaver Campground for years and I was finally initiated in the tradition 2 years ago. We went last week and had a blast for two days and came in to grab sandwiches and chili! The owners told us the store was going to close, and they took matters in their own hands and purchased it because they didnt want it to which I thought was the sweetest thing. They have a wide selection of stuff for a super small store- and put a lot if effort to make it a great experience. The reason things like batteries and such are split up is because they dont get a lot of traffic and the price they pay to get the stuff to the store is almost more expensive than the prices of the original item which makes sense for somewhere that's the only store in town. I dont complain. The owner explained that with things like cigarettes they pay a fee monthly and its more to get them in the store than they sell for- so anyone complaining about pricing can move along because they dont know the struggle. They can go to Marysville if they have a problem. They are the nicest store owners I've ever come across and we try our best to always stop by and say hi whenever we are up there, even if its once a year. They make the experience just even better. \u003c3 also- TRY THE CHILI! it's the best dang chili I've ever had! Love seeing you guys when we come up from Napa :) Love, DeAnna and Kyle

The store has been remodeled since my last visit. They still seem to have a good selection of basic needs even though they removed about 1/3 if the retail space for a deli counter. Looking forward to trying some of the deli options.
