Owners were very nice and easy to work with. We were able to rent a unit quickly when moving houses. One downside is this is that storage units aren't accessible 24/7, but that didn't bother us. 4 stars because when it was time to move out of storage, we found beetles/bugs/roaches? (I'm not entirely sure what species) all throughout the boxes. Maybe this is common for self-storage units, but I was grossed out, haha. We stored from mid-August to the end of September, just about 6 weeks. 100% positive we didn't bring the bugs with us because I'd never noticed that type at our previous home. Update 11/14 - Got the bugs, which we unintentionally brought with us to our new home, identified by pest control as German Cockroaches. So, that's gross. So if you don't mind your stuff getting an insect infestation, store here.
