We called Moonwalks 4 less two days before Thanksgiving. They had a few rentals left and were quick with the delivery. We got to keep the Moonwalk over night, which kept the kids busy and out of trouble. At night time, ALL the kids were asleep by 8pm, It was a great Thanksgiving. We were notified when they were in route with the delivery as well as picking it up. Moonwalk was very clean and in good shape, almost new. Can't wait for Christmas, gonna do it again. A great time for everyone.
I was able to book four days in advance. The gentleman showed up punctually for setup as well as calling in advance just to give me a heads up. Quick setup and easy transaction. Showed up exactly when discussed the following day for pick up. He was kind and respectful and even assisted us in determining the best setup location due to previous rain to make sure the kids did not get muddy. The pricing was fair as well. I will definitely keep this company's card handy for future events!
Had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They called the night before with ETA and when they showed up to set up were very polite and respectful. All equipment was clean including tables and chairs BIG Plus! I wanted to use my own extension cord and was told I could.And when time to pickup just Left the back gate open and bounce house aired up as instructed. When they left I went to close my gate and it was already closed and locked even my extension cord was folded and put next to my door along with kids toys that were left in the way by the kids. Definitely will use this moonwalk company for all our parties and events. Highly recommend this company! 5stars
