The location at 4831 Fairmont in Pasadena is my new favorite. I stopped for the first time last week and I've been back four times since. The employees who work the morning drive through are gems, sweet, polite and so genuinely pleased to make sure you have everything you need. I left with a smile on my face each time solely because they are so kind. Who doesn't want to start their day that way?

Every now and then you come across a whataburger that still does it right and this is one of them. Packed full and busy but still had super quick and friendly service and got everything right. Definitely a pleasant experience.
I can’t express how disappointed I am in this location. Either your food is fresh or its old . Chicken sandwich’s should be fresh ! The chicken should be tossed out if old and dried up. Well this evening at 540 we called to let them know that the fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was wrong .... the manager got on the phone and after me explaining things were incorrect , not fresh & wrong she hung up on me. Now this took place Tuesday evening around 5:30 I’ve decided to send my son up there and hopefully our order will be correct & fresh otherwise I’ll just drive to the other location in deer park . The staff at la porte are so rude and don’t seem to listen at the drive thru .... then management hangs up on you . Really rude when I called and was not mad just wanted food to be correct and fresh . Thank you !
Idk whats going on with speed but I won't be going back I've been 3 times and always wait 25 to 30 min for 1 meal
I'm not sure if the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich is no longer available, but I ordered this sandwich and I got a sandwich with bread, chicken and cheese along with a packet of ranch and a packet of buffalo sauce. If the sandwich is not longer available then say that. Dont charge me then have me making my own sandwich.
