I was flabbergasted by the staff when I went to collect a book I have ordered 3 days earlier. Although I was first in line in the queue, the staff decided to greet the customer behind me. When I pointed that I was first, he (the staff) called for others from the team to come and deal with the customers. To my surprise, the staff ignored to attend my request and the other member of the team went to deal with customer behind me....... To be honest, I was neither surprised or shocked, but simply felt sorry for such shop keen on employing people with lack of customer services or may be failing to provide the necessary tool and training for such kind of business they are in. Too bad and appalling.
