Beautiful place to have a coffee or eat at the restaurant. The service is nice, the view on the lake wonderful and the food very good. You will need a car to arrive there and it worth it.
I have been here many times, the last time was a great disappointment. I ordered the Beef Goulash, the meat was not edible, it was tough and fatty. My wife ordered the Salmon tartare which is made with smoked salmon, not as good as fresh. I did not want to complain or cause a scene and about a week later I sent an email, to which I received a completely inappropriate reply. I spent a lot of francs to have a poor meal. I gave the owner a chance to respond. His reply was insufficient like his over-priced dog food. MacDonald’s sauce in the Tartare is not my idea of high cuisine either. In NYC this restaurant would not survive.
Fondue & Wine, average. The staff very committed and friendly, the service excellent.
The restaurant is good but nothing exceptional. You don't come there for the food but more for the view and the peaceful surrounding.
