I visited the La Rochelle préfecture facility at the Cité administrative Duperré, located at 1 Place des Cordeliers. I had to wait about 40 minutes, as there were quite a few people ahead of me when I arrived at about 13:40, but once I got to the window, it took less than two minutes to collect my new carte de séjour and be on my way. The lady who helped me was efficient and pleasant. My experience in submitting my titre de séjour renewal request back in September was similar except that, due to the many documents required for that process, it took longer - maybe ten minutes once I got to the window.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life. You have to loose 2 hours in order to have one information. And YOU need to look for the answer because they will let you wait the whole day without giving you any help. This is just not human. The woman at the reception is just there because she HAS to. Please give the job to people who really want to work there. We all deserve a better service. Is a matter of Respect.
Spent time for nothing. Spent money on phone call, nobody answer. People doesn't bring you any solution, you wait 2 hours for people tell you that you cannot do this or that. My situation is not solved!!! This government \service\ is 100% useless!

Actuellement fermé pour cause Covid-19. Il faut se rendre sur un autre lieu pour les démarches administratives
Amabilité à revoir au niveau de l'accueil téléphonique ! N'oublions pas qu'il s'agit d'un service publique financé par nos impôt !
J'ai eu à faire à eu 1 seule fois et c'était par téléphone mais ça s'est pas trop mal passé, la dame a été un peu expéditive mais elle m'a malgré tout bien renseigné et j'ai pu faire rapidement ce que je cherchais à faire !
