My comments are based on my experience with customer service from the employees in "retiro en tienda" depatment. Their job training must have two directives. #1) Only acknowledging that a purchase has been made and process the paperwork, nothing more. #2) Ensure the clientele has a miserable experience so that repeat purchases do not occur. I have to say they were successful at executing both directives.
