The owner can't remember what he said because everything is a lie. Make sure everything is in writing and notarized if you have any agreement with them. After two years of disputes I still don't have my van delivered and they keep asking for more money over and over again. I would not recommend them in any way whatsoever. Please be warned all you will get for your hard earned cash is lies, dishonesty and abuse. There are many other shops that can do a better job, are reliable and most importantly honest!
