I haven’t been in La Vergne for long and this is the closets beauty supply near me. The employees there are the worst. I’ve been in this establishment several times and every time I do I have the same unpleasant visit. I don’t feel welcomed and what they consider help is yelling at you from across the store from behind the counter. This is my last visit. I rather drive 30 minutes away than come back here again.

They have a nice selection but this place has always rubbed me the wrong way. On yesterday, there were 4 containers of the SAME grease 2 were 6.79 and 2 were 3.99. Now today she tried to charge me 8.99 for packs of hair that were labeled 7.99!! The issue with that is don't have an attitude with me because I pointed out the store's flaws. And apparently she was the manager (so she said) That's bad customer service. You don't need to get over on people, your products will sell regardless. If I, or anybody, am willing to spend my money at your store, you need to be accurate and fair with your prices.

I bought a pair of straightening comb that’s has a box that I assume has a controlling temp box due to you can not see it because it wasn’t showing when I took it out the box it was an on and off button once I plunged it up it got extremely hot and smoking I refuse to use something on my head that is smoking. I called the store and they saying it’s nothing they can do. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and I will never spend my money there ever again.
