A very nice experience with this company. We found a van online, Chris our sales rep. Called and set an appointment. He came to our home with a demo van to show what options were available. They had our vehicle shipped to their location, checked the vehicle, and drove it to our home for a test drive. Fixed minor problems and now the deal was done. Thanks for what you do!

My husband and I were looking into getting a few vans and starting a business. Trying to get a idea of pricing and the different models and options. They have several people that work there but only 1 salesman and he’s never available. We stopped in two different occasions and my husband had tried calling and setting up an appointment. The people are friendly but cannot discuss anything about the vans. Seems very odd to me for a business to only have one salesman that can answer basic questions.

These guys are great. Had a great experience working with Meghan. Rented a wheelchair accessible van and were met by Meghan at the airport. Van was almost new and worked great and we got a great price. Would definitely use them again.

Bought a lift for the back of my van so I could take my electric buggy with me after several years it got loose and wobbly tried to call the store on several occasions no one would answer The phones my husband took the van to the lavergne store where we bought it and said I need to get someone To look at my Lift The guy was very rude and said you need to make an appointment my husband said I’ve called several times but I can’t get anyone to answer the phone the guy looked at him and said well you’re here now aren’t you ! you can make an appointment So he did went back couple weeks later the guyS Were too busy talking about what they were going to order for lunch to wait on any of the customers they were not answering the phones when they were ringing they were just standing around drinking coffee and talking there was one guy working in the shop when they finally took the van and the guy said we don’t really work on these don’t bring it back here next time you’ll have to buy a new one I’m not going to work on it anymore! That lift was very expensive apparently they don’t want to service what they sell just want you to buy a new one he messed with it for 10 or 15 minutes long enough to strip the bolt so a week and a half later The lift was loose and wobbly again after paying them 150 to fix it!!!! If you buy anything from them don’t expect them to service it!!Now we have to find somebody to cut the bolt off because we can’t get the lock nut off. 150.00 and now we have a bigger problem!! I will be shopping elsewhere!!!
