The doctor was very personable and she spent time with me going over everything. I recently had to switch doctors due to a change in insurance and so glad I chose this office!

Never answer the calls, forget to fill prescriptions, don’t seem to care about the patients at all. I needed immediate prescription refills and injections done and they told me they cannot do them today because they wanted to eat lunch instead. Now I have to fall behind on medication and hope to find a new doctor. I highly recommend anyone to avoid this place. They also took bloodwork first a family member of mine and sent it to the wrong labs and expected that to be paid by us. Incompetent staff for sure. I tried filling my prescription at the pharmacy and the pharmacist could not get a hold of my doctor. I drove to the doctors office and they had the door locked at 11:45. I will never be returning here. This doctor also will not give any results without an appointment so they can get a co-pay. This is an illegal act and they will be sued.

I had an appointment scheduled for today that I scheduled almost A WEEK AGO for 10:00am. This morning at 9:00am someone called me for insurance information just to tell me that they do not accept it. I would think they would be courteous enough to ask for this information at least a day in advance instead of me waking up and getting dressed just to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance. Very dissatisfied and disappointing!
