I reserved at this place after a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately my experience is worse, they said they had a different car in the same class when called to confirm the reservation, when I reached the office, they said that is not available and tried to put me in a car 2 classes less ( from premium SUV to small SUV) and tried to up sell me with higher reservation deposit and daily rental... from a class Toyota Prado to Nissan X -trail... I ended up with no car and wasting 2 hours of my time in traffic.. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone renting in Lima. I had to rent from Budget in Surquillo and they honored my request with the class of car and Luis, the manager at Budget was extremely professional with the process in and out. Mare Auto AVIS sucks. Budget Lima Surquillo is best.

Watch out for extra charges, not the usual insurance agreement as the rest of the world. Insurance costs more than the rental itself. :( Other than that the service is tolerable
Awesome service, customer service members were able to speak English. All options were explained and the car provide was of good quality. Will update the review once the total rental agreement is compled. Saved 15% off tax by renting from this location vs Avis in Lima Airport

Corra da Avis Peru! Não é uma empresa séria. Houve pequeno atraso no meu vôo. Quando cheguei disseram que não havia mais o carro e nenhum outro! Acreditem. Não foi respeitada a reserva e me empurraram para outra com preços de balcão. Acho que é armação combinada entre as locadoras. No pátio vi que tinham vários carros da Avis. Lamentável. Funcionário grosso e sem educação. Além de tudo mentiroso.
