Worst place ever to get COVID-19 testing!!!!! Do not go here. They told me it would take 2-3 days and it has been 8 days now and they said to wait 2 more and I will have them. I have talked to many different people off the phone and they all tell me different things. One lady said they lost my results, the other said she would contact a manager and then another one said there is nothing they can do! Many people are out of jobs until test results come back but they are so selfish they could care less. Waste of time !!!!!

No wait and the nurse practitioner was really nice. But, most importantly my medical issue was remedied. I went in for ear wax removal (gross, I know) because I couldn't hear well at all and when I left my hearing was back to normal; what a relief! She was very gentle and explained everything. Thorough with after care instructions as well. Positive experience .

Don't remember quality of visit. Got a bill a full 11 months after. Wrote letter asking for explanation. No answer. Checking past year records to see if already paid. No answer. Received second bill today. Called, on hold 23 minutes. Offered questionable explanation. Won't ever go there again

It should not take 5 days or longer to get results when they initially tell you 2 to 3 days when you are taking the test.

Be aware, you much check in 15 minutes before they close. We showed up 14 minutes before they close and were told sorry the doc won’t see you. Very annoying.
