This place is way more interested in then the safety of their employees, after being here twice, and after some logging issues, where I was forced to run myself over on hours just to get that almighty dollar on my trailer, I decided I wasn’t going to put my life or the lives of others at risk anymore. I had put in my 2 weeks notice advising them that I was resigning my employment, apon my return to the terminal I was met by the owner of the company and was advised that since I was putting in my notice, I was done right now. With no aspect to tell me to clean out my truck while I was at home or anything it was just out of the blue. Apon trying to work things out while I was some 900 miles from home, with all my gear in the truck and even my dog at the time I was left to rot, without a care in the world. This place has been buried in the ground, by the kids of the owners who took over daily operations of the company, I was told that if they could they would have reconsidered my termination but they had applicants and they have already hired another driver to take over my truck, what a lie. Truth to be told my truck sat in their parking lot for weeks after I left, told to me by a friend / employee who was watching it for me. This is how you operate a business, no but they think it’s ok. Furthermore I see allot of reviews saying good pay, yeah right I average a paycheck of 1100-1500 weekly at my new job, here I was only bringing home about 600 a week, another claim is their home time, again a figment of their imagination, unless you actually live in the Omaha, NE area their is no home time, your time sitting around the terminal from Thursday till Saturday is your home time, sure they will work with you to get you home from time to time but it will screw you in the end since it screws up their running week which is like Saturday thru Thursday.

It’s a family business and within a few weeks I felt like I was apart of it. I actually met one of the two owners for the first time at the fuel island in Walcott, IA. Best place I’ve ever worked. The dispatchers and shop crew have spent time OTR trucking.
