These people are amazing! So helpful everytime I go in, like today. I thought my screen was busted on my Galaxy g5. Turns out, it was only my screen protector. They also helped me get my mom on my plan two years ago. We bought a phone at a box store and they (the box store) were unable to get her on my plan, after they said they could. These guys at the T Mobile store took care of our issue in minutes. I'll gladly refer people here in La Vista!!

I came to this location to purchase a used iPad 7th gen from a third party. I wanted to meet here because I had to make sure I could add it to the T-Mobile network. Well.. the iPad was locked to another carrier, which I wouldn’t have known unless we checked it out first. Let me just say, Tony and Christopher were very helpful. I really feel like they both went above and beyond to help me out. I was able to get a different iPad with cellular and I got it added to my account. I would definitely recommend this store because of Tony and Christopher. Thank you guys!

Absolute worst people to work with, we were offered an upgrade and had the mailer in hand, the store said we aren't able to upgrade. We called customer service and they said they see it clearly available to update. Went back to the store and they still said they can't help us. We walked in the store with the customer service manager in the phone and had him explain the situation... The employee couldn't even get what phone was on what line straight enough to explain what he was seeing. The people in the store seem to be completely useless and just tell you to go online or call the number to get help... So why are they there?

Brittany was super nice and knew what she was talking about. She keeps all the products and packages too. She helped me get a new phone for cheap and set it up with all the stuff I would need: car charger, case and screen protector. Very sweet and down-to-earth and she smelled like strawberries!
