I have nothing but praise for this company. They are very friendly and helpful. I pay for my 87yr old father's tv through them, and when then is a problem, they are there to help him. They also explained to me that they are changing to fiber optic, and I know that they will do it calmly , so as not to panic an old man. Anyone who is thinking of changing tv company, these are the people to go to. Thank You to all the people at Ole.

You don't get what you pay for. 600MB50MB And they charge you 20 Euros just to come to your house and tell you: -See it's working, 300MB speed to our server! (even though it should be 600MB) Me: But when I use it on the WWW the speed is only 40-50MB!? They: Well the WWW is something we can't control, but as you see to our server the speed is 300MB (even though it should be 600MB) 20 Euros please, good bye! I also use another company with the speed of 100MB at work and it actually works on World Wide Web with downloads speeed that sometimes is faster than 100MBs. Well that's my story with this company.

Been a loyal OLE customer for years but it seems customer service is slipping down quite rapidly.Had the rudest lady on the phone yesterday as I was questioning my bill. Thinking of Maybee finding another provider. You have to hurt them in their pockets.Rude to customers loss of customer.
