After a horrible experience with another location, this location did much better. I went in for a drug test and was in and out in about 20 minutes! The lady who helped me was very nice and professional, however the other lady working with her was the exact opposite and seemed to be playing around too much while the other employee worked very hard. She even made a rude comment to me on my way out about my having to use the restroom before I left, in front of another client as well. Hopefully they will monitor their employees a little better to make sure all the work isn’t dumped on just one person. Extra staff would be helpful too.

As stated in a previous post, this place is understaffed. Clean on the inside, but waiting for 30 minutes when there’s only 5 people in front of you isn’t great.
Apparently only the receptionist and one tech at this location when I was there. Waited two hours and waiting area wasn't full. They kept running people doing drug tests ahead of me. Finally left, went to next close location, got in in less than five minutes.
Went in for an antibody test for Covid-19 I booked online. Was able to wait in my car and then received a text when it was time to go in. Diana was AMAZING. She was professional, quick and I have honestly never had a blood draw go so well. No bruising. Go see Diana.
Had an appointment @ 9am and didn’t get in until 10am. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t t follow it.
I went in for my pre-employment drug screening test to work in the cannabis industry (it's not the standard drug test). First off, the ladies who work at this location are both professional and personable, so I couldn't have asked for a better in-person experience. A few days later I had one of the strangest experiences. I received a phone call from an older doctor who sounded about as southern as Foghorn Leghorn. He was calling to inform me I'd tested positive for marijuana (perish the thought). He was very stern about it and when I informed him my test was for employment in the cannabis industry (and I have my MMJ card) it seemed to take the wind out of his sails. I asked him if I got the high score on the test and he would only tell me, "No." I told him I didn't know Willy Nelson had been tested and wished him a nice day. I wouldn't have bothered to mention this, but a new coworker just started today and mentioned she had the exact same experience on the phone with the Dr., and felt like she ruined his day by not letting him ruin hers with 'bad news.' Maybe consider having someone else make phone calls for your company. I was worried the Dr. was going to tell me I tested positive for a cancer marker or something based on the serious tone of the phone call I had.
Went for routine labwork. I tried to call, but never got someone on the phone. Decided to just do a walk in at 8 am anyway and was in and out within 10 minutes. I appreciated the efficiency. They have an easy touchpad check in kiosk. If you value efficiency over warm welcomes and conversation, this place works great.
Seriously under staffed. I got here early, to get to work on time. it’s been over 40 minutes and one person so far called in. This is like the 3rd time super long wait. Now I’m late for work. Thanks Lab Corp.
