How disrespectful is it that you are closed but gave me an appointment and even sent a confirmation email but never mentioned that you are closed and that I had to go to redondo beach? This is so unprofessional!!

Located down the hall in a building with an entrance facing Manchester. They don’t validate parking here. Either luck out on street parking on Manchester, or park in the lot behind IHOP across the street. Quick service. Best time to go is around 11AM after the morning rush, and before the lunch rush. New Medicare cards are required. They won’t accept pieces of paper with your information if you have Medicare. I got blood samples taken and it was a quick and easy procedure. As painless as it could be. Clearly the nurse Victoria has done this many times, she had a calm and genuine disposition about her which made me feel like I was in good hands.

Their office was closed Friday to reopen today due to covid. Friday I came from Lomita to pick up a friend in Westchester to get a blood test ordered by her doctor. The sign on the locked door at Westchester Lab Corp Friday said to go to Redondo Beach office. So we did. The line was too long, too long a wait. No benches in lobby same as Westchester. We came back to Westchester today, sign was still on door closed. But they were open today. Only 2 people allowed to sit inside. And wait no benches in lobby. 3rd person on had to stand outside door. I dont understand why there were o ly 2 inside waiting and 3 people in lobby but it took from 9:30 to 11:30 for my friend to have urine and blood work?! I had to stand for 2 hours waiting cause we are both elderly that was hard. I recommend Quest Diagnostics more organized. Why didnt they put Playa Vista as an alternative for Lab corp or let doctors offices know they were going to be closed? Ruined my day and weekend not looking forward yo

Really unprofessional medical company i placed and appointment for march from February and it directed me to a place that was no longer open for service and i did not receive a notice about there office moving a complete waist of my time and health where they don’t care for their clients . I recommend to go some where different for better service.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. If you don’t, you’ll be waiting an extremely long time. This clinic is tiny with only one phlebotomist, so people who made appointments will constantly jump to the front of the queue pushing your spot back. The blood draw room is also open so people sitting a few feet away can see your whole procedure. Kind of awkward. (See image) Like other people said, staff has attitude and treats you like a kid

Giving it 5 stars because of Brandy, the phlebotomist. She did an awesome job at drawing my blood. Didn't feel it one bit. One thing this location is lacking is technicians. Brandy was the only one at this location. Lapcorp please provide more technicians.

The staff at this location was incredibly rude and condescending. I arrived for my scheduled time and checked in. I gave them the information the doctors office told me and that my blood work orders would be sent to their location digitally. They rudely asked if I had the orders and I told them no. I was basically belittled for not having them. Being told the blood work won't happened. I basically paid 2 for parking to be yelled at and cried in my car....dont go here unless you want to be emotionally attacked by the staff and cry in your car for a cost. I followed up with it doctors office and was told the orders where sent to their system...The staff there never bothered to look anything up on the computer. They would only do anything if it was faxxed to them. If I could give negative stars I would...
