I personally find JnT's service fast and reliable. One time, I noticed a dent on my package but should I be angry? Should I rate them poorly when their job depends on it? I won't. I would always opt to count the goods (9/10) in their service rather than the bad(1/10). Some complainants rated them low because they sense the delivery man shows a behavior like those having a bad mood. Should you make a big deal out of it? Nah, they're all susceptible to having a bad day just like we do. It all takes humanity and a little bit of understanding. Unless you're a VIP tho.
