Steak Haché is not burger... The whole point of a burger is that it is cheaper meat, with a higher fat content. Burgers should be reasonably priced and tasty. As the French insist on 5% steak haché you will get a tiny morsel of meat with no fat having soaked into the bread or other contents, resulting in a dry and unsatisfactory 'burger'. The fillings are fine but overpower the meat. The fries were especially poor value for money. Go to McDonald's... In France it's very good.
