Not impressed. Not reliable. Paranoid employees...ignored my phone order. Closes when they feel like it. I hate being lied to. I will spread the word of poor service.

Tom's has great customer service, good diner-style menu choices at decent prices, and THE BEST GRAVY AROUND!!!! Eat at Tom's in Lac la Biche while you're there.... it's a treat!

It was a bad experience! I've been across the country and was still treated like it was the late 1800s. Sure the staff is diverse but they talk trash about you, when you send food back to the kitchen for giving you the wrong things they go back to the kitchen using horrible vulgar language. Unless you're white you probably won't have such a great experience. Plus I ordered a medium rare and my grandpa ordered a well done and they mixed up our plates. They dont deserve your money, go elsewhere anywhere else for better service like taco bell plus they're alot nicer and the foods higher quality
