Desk personnel in sweats and ripped tshirt. After my first visit vso didn't sign my file (which only had my check in questionnaire) Was denied seeing a different vso and that I needed to come back in 3 days. Absolute waste of time. This is not how you treat veterans looking for assistance. I was there to have paperwork submitted. Completely unprofessional. Personnel tried to use HIPAA as an excuse after a new vso was requested, which was a blatant lie. If you deny change of vso you better make sure all Vso's are present during normal business hours and not off at school.
