The team sent to my house was a disaster. They refused to wear a mask during the time they were in my house. Their supervisor didnt want to help, he apparently agrees that wearing a mask for 3 hrs is too much ! I would have kick them out but half the bath was already sanded. I felt trapped. To add to the mess, I saw one of the employee vaping in my house. They were arguing between them all morning, blasting music and we found two razors blade on the ground in the bathroom ( we did tell them we have young children). The job is nothing more than \okay\ but nothing special. After they left, I saw paints drop everywhere in the bathtub. Let's just say that with the amount of company out there, I am sorry I trusted them.

I was looking for a company to redo my tub and when I called them and I spoke English, they hung up on me. I called back thinking that it was a mistake, but they don't seem to like business from English speaking people... I stay away from unprofessional companies such as this one...

Travail bâclé et ils n'assument pas leur erreurs. Travail d'émaillage mal fait, il y avait encore des tâches de rouillés. Je les rappelle mais ils refusent d'honorer leur garanti en me disant que ce sont mes locataires qui sont sales, donc en plus de l'incompétence, leur professionalisme et leur service à la clientèle est piètre également. J ai appelé une autre compagnie qui m'a réglé le problème, à moindre coût. Passez votre tour, votre perdrez votre temps, votre patience et votre argent.
Travail impeccable, service impeccable, je suis enchantée. Mon bain est comme un neuf!
Bonne compagnie excellent service bel ouvrage sa fait 3 bain je leur fait faire et chaque fois impécable jaime même fais un un mur maintenant ma sale de bain se lave facilement
