This location has gone downhill since the renovations and change in management. 4 people working the pharmacy counter and no one can take people waiting at either cash? Getting rude responses from people who work there, or no response and just a point to where the *empty* cash is. Then finally someone comes along and starts dealing with a customer who wants to go through all their lottery stuff, seeing me waiting there with the few items I needed and just took longer. Left everything and went to Pharmaprix.

J'ai une tante, 89 ans, qui demeure chez elle et qui fait affaire avec cette pharmacie. Dernièrement, alors qu'elle se faisait livrer ses médicaments, la pharmacienne l'a avisé que dorénavant il ne prenait que de l'argent comptant et du même coup elle a vue sa facture augmenter de 50 à 72. Je pensais au départ quelle avait des problèmes avec sa carte, non tout etait correct de ce côté. Cette semaine, elle a reçu un appel de la pharmacienne, cependant elle ne comprenait pas ce qu'elle lui mentionnait. Elle m'a dit qu'elle parlait "Chinois". Finalement 20 minutes plus tard elle recevait une commande de 10 masques 23 qu'elle devait payer comptant. Que le gouvernement exigeait le port du masque, alors qu'elle ne peut pas sortir. Je ne fais pas confiance du tout à cette pharmacie.
