Fantastic service. Frederic was extremely helpful in answering any and all questions we had. They handled all over the shipping requirements, and sent us all paperwork needed to have a quick and easy pickup. We had a challenging situation - our forklift's battery was a particular style (has a built in cover) that was not commonly available. Most places I reached out to never even responded back. Upon reaching Xtra Power, they offered an easy solution - rebuild our battery, using a refurbished core and keeping our case intact with the cover. This came in at a surprisingly lower cost than expected, and was the best plan. The turn around time was fast, and the battery works perfectly; Better than it has in years. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a large battery solution.
I was in desperate need of a forklift battery, had quotes from my local forklift guys, but XtraPower was able to get me the battery quicker, less expensive with a longer warranty. It was virtually painless. This is now my go to company for Forklift Batteries. Great Job and Thank You.

I have purchased forklift batteries from XtraPower on several occasions, and their leadtimes, pricing, and customer service are fantastic. The only service they do not offer is on-site installation, but our skilled trades personnel were able to do the battery swaps fairly easily (which is why they are called "skilled trades"!). Fred and his team at Xtra is my "go to" vendor for industrial batteries.
I have been very happy dealing with Fredrick. He has spent a lot of time with me on the phone helping me troubleshoot my problem.
