You can’t pay with credit here. I didn’t know this until I tried to pay as there is no signage up. I tried to apologize and leave without the ice cream but the employee wanted me to walk home and get my debit card! After trying to explain that I wasn’t going to do that to no avail, they told us to just leave with the ice cream, but insisted on taking my name and phone number. At this point I did not want the ice cream and simply wanted to get out, but the employee wouldn’t let us leave our order there. The confrontation soured our appetites and so it wasn’t until we were two blocks away that I took a bite and realized they didn’t even get the order right. I had good experiences here prior but have since avoided this place like the plague. Please put up a sign in French and English to warn customers that they can’t pay with credit, or run the transaction before making the order.

grew up on lowe’s but disappointed with their use of single use plastics especially when they automatically give you plastic instead of cones and when i asked for a cone she gave it to me in a plastic cup with a plastic spoon anyway. has a special place in my heart but get with it.
