Have been a faithful client for 3 years After following my hairstylist here.. Was thrilled and thankful when they opened after Covid My stylist wasn't working so I used another my colour was shared and everything was great except The colorist ask me if I wanted the rest of the solution Run through my ends boy was I shocked and annoyed when that cost me 40 extra at the register. Learned my lesson but still made an appointment this Friday Unable to get my stylist I agreed to another and double checked they would have the colour The receptionist told me don't worry it's in the book, Called back to change the time and reconfirmed that all was good with my colour and the new stylist. Got there for my 11 o'clock appointment and finally at 11:20 after sitting in the chair the new stylist States she doesn't have my colour. Would i like her to try and match it or make a new appointment? I asked her to reach out to the colorist she said she doesn't know who it is because she only works weekends I went up to the front desk & the receptionist also was very nice and apologetic but was unable to do anything at 1 point she asked me if I wanted to call my colourist As she didn't have the phone number How do you not have the number of the people that work in your salon? annoyed frustrated I ask the manager to call me., Stated she was in at noon, no phone call I called back at 5 they stated she just stepped out & would call me in a few minutes, needless to say the manager never called me Something has changed here.

Stay away is my recommendation, unless you like rude, nasty, obnoxious receptionists. Very unprofessional. Not worth catching an attitude over a haircut. There are plenty of other salons that have nice, friendlier staff that would appreciate the business.

I like this salon. Overall great staff except for this one older lady at the desk with an attitude. I'm very particular about my hair and one of the stylists there was really good with my hair (no badly cut areas). But she stood me up for 2 scheduled haircuts in a row so I eventually moved on to another salon. No hard feelings but a must try if you're new to the area!
