Great parts location could be better priced as Red Deer has better prices then the Bumper to Bumper
I'm not sure why so many people go to Red Deer to get automotive parts or supplies when we have Bumper to Bumper right here. The staff are very knowledeable and they have a huge selection of parts and supplies, and what they don't have on hand they can usually get next day. Maybe those people think they can get it cheaper elsewhere, but that's really not been my experience. Bumper to Bumper is VERY competitively priced on pretty much everything.
First day Bumber opened their doors after the shut down and they had the battery instock that I needed,. It works great and I am extremely pleased. Thank you.
Poor customer service and no selection of basic fluids for your vehicle and they will argue with you over your preference of what you want in/for your vehicle. They wont call when your parts come in you need to constantly call to see if your parts are there.
