Called ahead, they had the part and set it aside for me. I arrived there at 5:04pm to a locked door, knocked and was ignored, even though they had another customer still at the counter. When they let the customer out, I mentioned they had the part set aside and what I got was "You have to get here before 5 man." and just closed the door. That's the reason people shop Amazon instead of local small business. I'll never be back there, all because of a sh** attitude and 4 minutes.

Great quality parts and they are open at 7:30am so you can grab stuff befor work which is nice. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. More expensive on some parts than other stores.
Service is friendly and the staff are knowledgeable. Issues I do have are needing to call them to find out if the parts and supplies I order have arrived. The last two times I ordered on line, the order arrived incomplete and the staff didn't know it and therfore couldn't follow up on tracking down the missing parts/supplies until I called.
