Normally service is good, but the last time I ordered I used the mobile app. I got a confirmation email but my order never did show up. No one would answer the phone at the store and my call was forwarded to customer service who would forward my call to the store which would forward my call to customer service... not going to give them anymore business.

The food is delicious but the customer service is horrendous. Waited 2 hours for our food, called the store 3 times, and it finally showed up after being sent to the wrong place after we told them the address 3 times. Not impressed

I had one order of boneless chicken wings for delivery and it never came. I phoned the store wondering where my order was, they told me it had left the store a half hour before..... I didn't want cold chicken that takes 10 mins in a fryer. Not ordering here again....

Pizza’s were under cooked as was the dessert brownie. The breadsticks were like cardboard. Definitely not worth the money. No tap to pay. Staff was friendly though.

Apparently, if you order online for pick-up, you should show up 20 minutes after that time. Ordered pick up for 1:00pm showed up 5 minutes after 1 and was informed they hadn't even started it yet. There was another lady there with me that did the same thing and had the same experience. Not pleased in the slightest! Even worse, the gentleman at the front blamed me for the mistake! Terrible customer service and no attempt to make it better.
